TOEIC Writing Question 6-7 Respond to a Written Request là Part 2 một trong 3 phần của bài thi TOEIC Writing. Đối với phần thi này thí sinh cần phải viết một email/bức thư để phản hồi lại một email/bức thư khác. Để có thể làm tốt phần này các bạn cần phải nắm vững kỹ năng viết thư. Hôm nay Halo sẽ cung cấp những thông tin về cấu trúc, tiêu chí chấm điểm, cách làm bài cũng như một số bài mẫu của phần thi này.
1. Cấu trúc bài thi Toeic Writing Part 2
Phần thi viết phản hồi email nằm ở câu số 6-7 trong bài thi TOEIC Viết khác với Part 1 Write a sentence based on a picture. Ở phần này thí sinh phải viết 2 email tương ứng với 2 câu số 6 và số 7 mỗi câu sẽ có 10 phút để viết. Trong vòng 10 phút thí sinh sẽ phải viết email phản hồi lại dựa trên nội dung của một email cho trước. Ngoài ra bạn có thể được yêu cầu cung cấp thông tin, hỏi câu hỏi, yêu cầu hoặc lời đề nghị, đưa ra lời gợi ý hoặc giải thích một vấn đề.
Khi làm bài tới câu 6 thì trên màn hình sẽ hiển thị dòng chữ ” Directions: Read the email” sau đó sẽ có một email hiện lên, ở cuối email sẽ hiện tiếp một câu “Derections” sẽ đưa ra yêu cầu phải thực hiện để phản hồi lại email đó.

2. Tiêu chí đánh giá TOEIC Writing Question 6-7 Respond to a Written Request
Dựa theo bảng Score Descriptors từ tổ chức ETS Toeic, bài thi Toeic Wrting Part 2 được quy định theo thang điểm từ 0-4. Sau đó, điểm số thí sinh đạt được theo thang đo này sẽ được chuyển đổi qua thang điểm từ 0-200. Bạn có thể xem tiêu chí chấm điểm bên dưới để lên kế hoạch luyện thi TOEIC Writing đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất
Bài viết của thí sinh sẽ được đánh giá dựa trên các tiêu chí như sau:
- Bố cục của bức thư (các phần nội dung có được phân bố mạch lạc và kết nối chặt chẽ với nhau không?);
- Chất lượng bài viết (thể hiện qua ngữ pháp và tính hiệu quả trong mục đích truyền đạt) và sự đa dạng, chính xác trong cấu trúc của các câu;
- Từ vựng (đa dạng về việc sử dụng các từ vựng, loại từ khác nhau và sự phù hợp của chúng so với tình huống, lối viết (trang trọng hay đời thường) được yêu cầu theo đề bài).
3. Cách làm bài thi TOEIC Writing Respond to a Written
Sau khi đã xác định được chủ đề và yêu cầu của đề bài, bạn cần nhanh chóng viết email để phản hồi lại. Một email phản hồi tốt cho phần Writing Respond to a Written nên đáp ứng đủ các phần như sau:
- Chào hỏi
- Chào hỏi người nhận email
- Câu mở đầu
- Là câu đầu tiên trong phần trả lời
- Giới thiệu bản thân (nếu cần)
- Nêu rõ lý do viết email
- Thông tin bổ trợ 1
- Trả lời yêu cầu đầu tiên trong phần chỉ dẫn
- Thông tin bổ trợ 2
- Trả lời yêu cầu 2 được nêu ra trong phần chỉ dẫn
- Thông tin bổ trợ 3
- Trả lời yêu cầu 3 được nêu ra trong phần chỉ dẫn
- Câu kết luận và yêu cầu hành động
- Kết thúc email
- Nêu rõ việc gì cần được thực hiện sau khi nhận được email này
- Kết thúc email
- Ký tên (theo vai trò đã được nêu ở đầu bài).

I’m really sorry for the late response. I have spent a week thinking about possible ideas for the “Business Success” cover.
Firstly, a line that illustrates a growing pattern can be the primary object of the cover. Every entrepreneur always wants to lead their business to success, and the increasing tendency in sales and prestige proves that. The color theme includes yellow, purple, and red. The background is in dark purple, the line is in yellow, and the name of the book which stays above the line is in red.
Another idea is adding yellow coins and green paper money for the cover. Notably, the coins and paper money must be drawn specially in order to create a dropping effect. The name of the book can be designed in white and the background is in dark purple.
The last idea is a classic. The picture of the author is placed on the right side of the cover and the name of the book is on the left. The author is a familiar business man so it will increase the sale of the book relatively.

Your discount coupon is really appealing so there is no way that I will miss this deal. Here is my frequent shopping habit.
Firstly, I tend to do research about the price and the quality of the products online before making a decision. The quality of the products depends on the buyers’ feedback. Even though the price can be a little higher than my budget, I will still buy it if the quality is worth the price.
Secondly, I am always attracted by the promotion, especially the big sale, such as buy 1 get 1 or 50% – 70% sale off. However, I never overspend, but still really care about durability and versatility.
Lastly, I always prefer clothes with primary colors such as black, white or blue jeans. Otherwise, I will choose a product with a very colorful design such as pastel color.
