Bài mẫu Speaking
Everyone has his or her own hero, and my hero is my father. Even though he is no longer with us in this world, memory about him stays around forever.
My father was a lawyer and a government official working for the People’s Committee in our District. Also, he used to teach in a local college, and that inspired me to become a teacher just like him. Still, at home, he was just a regular father and husband.
In my memory, he was rather strict and distant, so I didn’t like being around him. However, when I was older, I realized that he simply wasn’t good at being expressive towards others.
Moreover, he is my hero for some causes.
Firstly, it is because he worked in the legal profession, which is a sophisticated and demanding field. His work was mostly about dealing with lawsuits and legal complaints from citizens. To the depth of my knowledge, it is not a job that everyone can do.
In addition, my father always believed in the saying of that “actions speak louder than words”. For that reason, he tended to prove himself via actions. For instance, one time, when I was in Grade 3, I failed in my Math test, and I believed that I would never be good at this subject. My father said nothing. Instead, he spent most of his free time, for 3 months straight, day and night, helping me with my study. As a result, I passed the final exam with flying colors. Basically, I learn how to be a man from him.
In conclusion, my idol is no one other than my respectable father.
